I received an absolutely gorgeous get well soon bouquet from Flowers R Us! (Photo attached). Since it was the end of November, the combination of winter greens with roses, lilies and other flowers was so perfect for the season without being too Christmas themed. A few weeks after receiving my flowers I placed an order to deliver to a coworker and asked the owner Susan to make a similar style bouquet and she was super helpful! Wow! Wow! Wow! I Called Susan over the phone to call about bouquet prices as a surprise for my girlfriend. And I handed over to Susan, full creativity on the bouquet. All I asked is that it would be a darker theme and to keep the price range around 50 bucks including the vase.
Susan KILLED IT! This is hands down, the best bouquet of flowers I have ever bought. I got into the store, and not only does the store have such a nice vibe and aroma, everything was ready for the time I said I'd come pick the flowers up at.
I saw the bouquet and was in complete shock and knew instantly that my girl would Love it! Picked up the flowers, had a nice little conversation with Susan and was on my way!
I'll tell you now, you have a customer for life! My girlfriend was so happy and it just made my day. And will continue to every time I get to look at these flowers!

If anyone is looking for great value on flowers, and an amazing show to impress your significant other, Come to flowers r us!!!!

I don't normally come to flower shops, but after shopping at Flowers R Us, I won't go back to grocery stores! The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me pick out exactly what I want. I dealt with the owner, Susan, who made sure that the bouquet I bought for my wife was perfectly put together as well as packaged well. AMAZING!!! I had ordered flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party from stems and roses in Oakbank originally, that place unfortunately left me high and dry with less than a days notice. I was in a complete panic and called many locations only to hear that they couldn't provide service on such short notice. My next call to Flowers R Us was the one I wish I had made first. The staff was amazing and comforting and made it seem like not any trouble to get me what I needed on such short notice....I WAS SAVED!!! we would have flowers for the party. They made pick up available the very next day and even offered to stay open a bit late so My husband could come after work. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and we are still enjoying them 3 WEEKS LATER! The owner called a  few days after the anniversary party to see how everything was and that was so appreciated, it showed how much she really cares about her work and customers satisfaction.
